Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Sale are between you and Vitalis Labs ("Vitalis Labs," "we," "us," or "our") and apply to every order placed through vitalislabs.co. Please read them together with our Research-Use Disclaimer, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If any of those conflict with these Terms, these Terms control.

Eligibility

By ordering you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are a qualified researcher or an authorized buyer purchasing on behalf of one, and that you will use the products solely for lawful laboratory and research purposes. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you and to your use of the products.

Orders and acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, limit, hold, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time before dispatch — including after payment has been taken — for any lawful reason.
• Orders that we decline or cancel are refunded to the original payment method.
• We may correct errors in pricing or product information and cancel affected orders even after they are placed.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. You authorize us and our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total shown, including any taxes and shipping. We do not store full card numbers.

No warranties beyond specification; limited liability

Products are supplied for research use only and, except for any product specification we expressly provide, are supplied "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing on this site is medical, health, or professional advice, and we make no representation that any product is safe or suitable for any use in or on the body. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Research-Use Disclaimer

Everything sold by Vitalis Labs is intended strictly for laboratory and research use only. Products are sold to and for qualified researchers and are not intended for, and must not be used for, human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any other introduction into the body, nor for any diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or clinical purpose.

• Our products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they have not been approved or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority.
• No statement on this website has been evaluated by the FDA. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, or to make any health or performance claim.
• Any reference to a compound's common name, class, or research context is provided for identification and research reference only and is not a recommendation or instruction for use in or on the body.
• By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for handling, storing, and using the products safely and lawfully, and for keeping them out of reach of anyone not qualified to handle them.

Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we prepare and dispatch orders. Handling time (preparing an order) and transit time (carrier delivery) are separate periods, and neither begins until payment has cleared and the order has passed our review.

Processing and delivery

• We review every order before dispatch and may hold, verify, or cancel it as described in our Terms.
• Any processing and delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only, provided in good faith, and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and other events outside our control may extend them.
• Where tracking is available, we send a tracking number to the email on the order after dispatch.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address; we are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States and to Colombia. Orders to Colombia are cross-border shipments and may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. We may refuse or suspend shipping to any destination where we believe a shipment would be unlawful or impractical.

Return & Refund Policy

Because of the nature of research compounds, and to protect the integrity of every product we sell, all sales are final and we do not accept returns of correctly supplied, undamaged products. The exceptions below still apply.

Damaged, incorrect, or lost orders

• If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at documentation@vitalislabs.co with your order number and clear photos. If we confirm the issue, we will replace the item or refund it.
• If a tracked order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, contact us and we will work with you to replace or refund it.
• Do not ship anything back to us without written authorization; unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Cancellations and refunds

You may request to cancel an order before it is dispatched; once dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after they are approved. Your statutory rights, where they apply, are not affected.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use vitalislabs.co, why, and your choices. We collect only what we need to run the store and fulfil orders.

What we collect

• Order and contact details you provide — name, email, shipping address, and order contents.
• Payment information is handled by our third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical and usage data such as device and browser information and basic, privacy-respecting analytics needed to keep the site working and secure.

How we use and share it

• To take and fulfil your order, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
• We share data only with the providers who help us operate — our payment processor, shipping carriers, and hosting/email providers — and only as needed. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies, your rights, and contact

We use essential cookies to run the store and basic analytics to understand site usage. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing — to make a request, email documentation@vitalislabs.co. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. Buyers in Colombia are covered by applicable Colombian data-protection law.
